We walk your roof to evaluate the shingle condition. Checking for loose granules, curling edges, and overall flexibility.

All issues found during the inspection are resolved appropriately. We secure any loose shingles with roof nails, seal any exposed nail heads, flashing,  and replace any completely missing and severely broken shingles to ensure the roof is structurally sound before coating. 

 All debris, moss, mold, or black algae streaks will be treated with a soft wash. The shingles must be completely clean and fully dry before our rejuvenation process to ensure appropriate penetration to the asphalt pours.

We pre-soak all surrounding grass, shrubs, and ornamental plants with water. All sensitive landscaping decks are covered while it’s encouraged that vehicles are parked on the street or in garage to be protected from potential overspray.

During  our spray application, we apply our formula evenly across all shingles working in sections maintaining consistent application offering two coatings

 Protective tarps and material are removed from landscaping. A final thorough rinse with clean water to dilute any residual spray is done across the property. We allow the Liquid Roof Therapy treatment to cure completely, which typically takes 30 minutes on a clear sunny day.
